Smart Art Press

For the past decade, the independent French publisher Le Dernier Cri has been promoting comic and deviant graphics as a potent form of expressionist art. Their stock in trade is extreme, unrepressed artistic expression that runs the gamut from art brut and art crude to revolting exposés/romances and digital tragedies. This publication was made in conjunction with their 2003 exhibit at Track 16 Gallery curated by Georganne Deen.
